How we write, review and stand behind every word.

Every blog post, case study, glossary entry and guide on digiminds.org is held to the standards below. We publish under named authors, source our claims, correct mistakes in public and disclose where AI is used. The goal is simple: the operators reading us should be able to trust the number, the method, and the byline.

1. Named authorship

Every article is published under a real person on our team, never a generic "DigiMinds team" byline. Authors are linked to their /about profile so readers can verify experience, role and credentials. The byline owns the claim.

2. Experience-first

We only write about what we actively run for clients — POAS bidding, server-side tracking, AEO, GoHighLevel, paid media across UAE/UK/USA/AU/CA/PK. Stats quoted from our own work come from a base of 47 active accounts and $1.2M+ in monthly managed spend, reported as medians to limit outlier distortion.

3. Sourcing & citations

Third-party stats are linked to primary sources (platform docs, public research, official benchmarks). Internal stats include a methodology note so the reader can judge them. We avoid round-number guesses and undated claims.

4. Review before publish

Every post is reviewed by a second senior operator — typically H.M Zulqarnain for performance-marketing pieces or Afshan Rafique for strategy and brand pieces. The reviewer is accountable for accuracy alongside the author.

5. Updates & freshness

Articles in fast-moving areas (server-side tracking, Meta CAPI, AEO, Performance Max) are reviewed at least every six months and re-dated when materially updated. The published and last-updated dates are visible on every post.

6. Corrections policy

If we get something wrong, we correct it in place, note the correction at the bottom of the post and update the dateModified. Mail info@digiminds.org if you spot an error — we read every one.

7. AI-use disclosure

AI tools may be used for outline scaffolding, grammar passes and code-snippet formatting. Every claim, recommendation and number is written, reviewed and signed off by a named human operator. AI is never the author of record.

8. Independence

We do not accept payment for editorial placement, "guest posts" or product endorsements. Tools mentioned (GA4, GTM, Meta CAPI, GoHighLevel, Klaviyo) are tools we actually run in client accounts — not paid integrations.
