What are the commission terms on the referral program?
15% of net retainer revenue (not gross — net of any platform passthroughs) for the first 90 days, paid monthly within 10 days of client invoice clearing. Tracked via Stripe + a shared dashboard you log into. No clawbacks if the client churns after day 90.
Is the partnership exclusive in my market?
Strategic Accounts and JVs are exclusive by vertical + geography by default (we won't take a competing partner in your stated market). White-label and referral are non-exclusive — you can keep working with other vendors.
Which GEOs do you cover for partner accounts?
UAE, UK, USA, Australia, Canada and Pakistan as primary markets. We can support EU and SEA accounts on request. We do not take partner accounts in India, Bangladesh, Philippines or Israel due to existing channel commitments.
White-label vs co-brand — which is right for me?
If your client knows you as the agency of record and you want them to keep that perception, white-label. If your brand benefits from the DigiMinds POAS / AEO credibility (especially on enterprise pitches), co-brand. We do both — choice is yours, set at scope.
