First 30 days · No black box

Day 1 to day 30, spelled out.

The biggest reason engagements fail is opaque onboarding. Here is exactly what happens, in what order, so you can hold us to it.

From kickoff to week-4 readout, DigiMinds onboarding is a 30-day sequence: access handover, measurement audit, baseline lock, account rebuild, first creative wave, and a written readout you can hold us to.

Week 1 — Access + audit

  • Kickoff call (60 min): goals, constraints, decision-makers, brand non-negotiables.
  • Access handover: ad accounts, GA4, GTM, GHL, Shopify/CRM, brand assets.
  • Measurement audit: GA4 events, conversions, server-side, attribution windows.
  • 30-day baseline lock: every metric we'll be judged against — frozen and shared.

Week 2 — Architecture

  • Account architecture rebuilt (campaigns, audiences, conversions, naming).
  • POAS dashboard live in Looker Studio with the baseline metrics from week 1.
  • Creative brief written. First round of ads / landers in production.
  • Communication cadence locked: async loom Mondays, deeper call every 2 weeks.

Week 3 — First moves

  • First creative round live. We never launch on Fridays.
  • Tracking validated in real traffic: server-side events firing, CAPI ack 200s.
  • First optimization wave based on the first ~7 days of data.
  • Risk log updated: anything we discovered that surprised us, with mitigations.

Week 4 — Readout

  • 30-day readout: what moved, what didn't, why, what we change next.
  • Updated 60-day plan with explicit hypotheses, not vibes.
  • Stakeholder presentation deck shared (your team can lift it for their own decks).
  • We name the next experiment and the metric it has to move to count as a win.
Onboarding FAQ

Common onboarding questions.

How long until campaigns are live?

First creative round goes live in week 3, after access handover, the measurement audit and the account architecture rebuild. We never launch on Fridays.

What do you need from us in week 1?

Access to ad accounts (Meta, Google), GA4, GTM, your CRM or Shopify, brand assets, and 60 minutes for the kickoff call. We provide the access checklist as a single shared doc.

When do we see the first results?

By day 30 we deliver a written readout: what moved, what didn't, why, and the next 60-day plan with explicit hypotheses tied to a metric they must move.

What if our tracking is broken?

Week 1's measurement audit catches that. We fix server-side tagging, conversion definitions and attribution windows before any spend optimisation — bad signal makes bad bidding.

How often do we meet?

A weekly async Loom on Mondays and a deeper call every two weeks. Slack channel stays open for ad-hoc questions. No 9am status calls — we ship instead of meet.

Ready to start the clock?

The audit is free. The 30-day plan starts the day after you sign.

Before week 1

Run the audit first — it's free.

Onboarding is faster when we already know where the leaks are. The audit takes 30 min.
